Amy Holcomb
Amy Holcomb has spent the last 13 years working with school districts throughout Wisconsin to develop better processes via software development, training and implementation. For the past three years, Ms. Holcomb helped develop software for Medicaid reimbursement and worked directly with school districts to address their specific Medicaid, Special Education and curriculum needs. Ms. Holcomb's experience in the education market also includes hardware sales, installation and consulting, as well as phone system sales and networking.
Ms. Holcomb has a strong background in public speaking including personnel training and development and presenting at industry conferences.
Ms. Holcomb's vision of a total solution to the confusion of the Medicaid eligibility and billing process was the inspiration of Kompas Care.
Peggy Brown
Peggy Brown has been working in customer support for the past twelve years. Her experience includes designing, testing and implementing software and websites. She also has experience in the creation and implementation of training programs.
Ms. Brown spent several years traveling throughout the United States presenting new software solutions to the industry.
For the past three years, Ms. Brown worked in special education customer support for a small software development company. Ms. Brown is experienced in staff training and software support specific to the special education industry, including Medicaid reimbursement.

Michelle Kyles
Michelle has over 25 years experience in the Health Insurance industry, with the last 10 year working directly with Medicaid and School Based Services. Michelle also has a vast understanding of contractual agreements and fee schedule arrangements associated with HMO/PPO networks.
Michelle brings to Kompas Care her expertise, providing school districts the most comprehensive knowledge in Medicaid reimbursement, including MAC (Medicaid Administrative Claiming) participation, and Cost Reporting processing.
