Lisa defines what customer care means, establishing a solid working relationship with district staff from administrative secretaries to teachers and aides.  She lets no email go unanswered!

Lisa has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry.  She worked directly with customers providing support and research into medical records to determine eligibility.

Barb, our transportation logs and scanning expert, works closely with our customer care representatives.  Barb checks eligibility through the year and her end of the year wrap up focuses on data retention.
