Lisa has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry where she worked directly with customers providing support and research into medical records to determine eligibility.

Barb, our transportation logs expert, works closely with our customer care representatives. Barb also checks eligibility through the year and her end of the year wrap up focuses on data retention.
